Program description

More Than Dawgs sends transactional text messages about pickup orders placed at order.morethandawgs.com. We text you only about an order you placed: when it is ready for pickup, and if it is canceled. This is not a marketing or promotional program, and it is not a recurring subscription.

How you opt in

You opt in by adding and verifying your mobile number during sign-up or checkout on order.morethandawgs.com. Verification is a one-time code sent to that number. At the point you provide it, we display this disclosure:

We'll text you about your order — when it's ready, or if it's canceled or something's sold out. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. No marketing without your permission.

Message frequency and cost

• Up to 2 messages per order. We do not send recurring messages, and we send nothing when you have no active order.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages you send or receive.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop messages (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation, and we will send no further texts to that number. You can still place orders and view order status on the website; only the text messages stop. To opt back in, add and verify your number again on the site.

Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing. Your number is used to deliver the order messages described above and to sign you in. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
