• Order information: items ordered, pickup time, order preferences, tip amount, and any promo codes used.
• Payment information: payment is processed by Square, Inc. We never store your card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers. Square handles all card data in compliance with PCI DSS.

Collected automatically

• Notification tokens: if you enable browser notifications, we store a token so we can send you order-status updates.
• Device information: basic browser and device details for compatibility.

Text messages

If you provide and verify a mobile number, we use it to sign you in and to text you about an order you placed — when it is ready for pickup, and if it is canceled. You will receive up to two messages per order, and we send nothing when you have no active order. Message and data rates may apply. We record when you consented and the exact disclosure you were shown. Messages are delivered by Twilio, Inc. acting as our processor. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not send marketing texts. You can stop order texts at any time by replying STOP. What we do not collect

• We do not collect precise location data for tracking.
• We do not use advertising SDKs or sell your personal information.

We retain your account information and order history for as long as your account is active. Records of messaging consent and opt-out are retained as required by applicable telecommunications regulations, which may outlast account deletion.
